Ok I've talked enough, now it's time to show some of what I've been up to.
I made this card with papers from the Chalk it Up collection (who says they are only for "school" themed projects?) The base of the card is Flaxen cardstock, then I adhered a piece of Whisper white cardstock that I had stamped arrows all over. For that design, I used the arrows from the January Stamp of the Month set (From this Moment) using coordinating ink colors Sorbet, Flaxen and Lagoon. *side note - I love the CTMH prints the coordinating color information on the edge of all their B&T Duos papers, there's no guessing what coordinating cardstock and inks match best!
I added a piece of the Chalk it Up B&T Duos arrow patterned paper and on top of that placed a cut from the Artbooking cartridge in Glacier blue. Next I stamped the sentiment, also from the January SOTM set and embellished with a small heart cut and puffy heart sticker (part of the Chalk it Up collection accents). So hows that for versatility? I used a "school" themed paper collection along with a "Valentine" theme stamp set to create two unique and original, all occasion cards.
I hope I've helped you look at paper crafting supplies in a new way.
