She used her Cuttlebug to cut the scalloped squares and the added some buttons and bling. The ribbon is by Pebbles and the pretty little flowers are from the Prima bitty bag. On the inside of the the card Sandy added some corner flourishes with Pebbles Stencils and a bit of silver metallic ink.
