It is so hard to be the mom of a dancer and a scrapbooker. The ballet doesn't allow us to take photos inside the theater, or backstage; so I am left with photos of my daughter holding her flowers after the performance. Since this would probably be the only photo I had to document the event, I really wanted it to be a special one.
The
teardrops lent just the right amount of sparkle to the page, while the small circles cut from
SEI Mimosa papers contrasted nicely with the outfit she was wearing. I used a
snag-em stamp for the date. The layout was simple yet really highlighted my photo.
