Could This Be...
the last project made with the Nostalgia Kit from Your Memories Here? That kit seemed like it reproduced itself overnight! AND...this is (hopefully) the last scrapbooking project from our trip to Atlantic City!

Are you a dreamer too?
Hi fellow crafters. It's me again. I'm back today with a tag I created using wonderful crafting goodness available from Your Memories Here. I'm using the PrimaTag Pad here along with some torn DP that I won at the Sweet Retreat this year. It's an A4 paper pad from the sunrise sunset collection. As well a Prima Mixed Media doll stamp . The sentiments.flowers, leaves and patterned stamps are from the Wishful Thinking line. I added the "anything is possible" phrase and the white doodling with a white gel pen. In addition, I colored the MM doll with Copic markers. Thanks so much for looking and have a great weekend!

Swimming in Atlantic City Layout with Heidi
I have been scrapbooking like crazy this summer! This post is going live on the first day of school here in New York City. My scrappy/artsy time will quickly become less but I still strive to make time for it daily. A friend told me that it's important to always have a work in progress on my desk. That way I can pop into my art studio and work on it even for a few minutes. I made a goal for myself to get up to date with my 2013 pictures and my scrapbooking. Well, that didn't happen! I could say that I failed but I don't feel that way. I spent a ton of time creating new memories (& yes, more photos) during a zillion cool things this Summer. So, my goal will have to change but at least having one keeps me focused on scrapbooking the pictures, right?! These pages follow my usual "formula" for scrapbooking! (I did mention I would write about that sometime-add that to my list of goals!) The gorgeous flowers are Prima and are from Your Memories Here. I have really been into bright pops of color lately! I used to scrap mostly in soft, very vintage colors. Somehow that changed-maybe it was when I started exploring art journaling. So, check out Your Memories Here & leave a little love in the comments. I would be thrilled to hear from you!

~ Make Waves ~
Good Morning friends. Ahhh....another Saturday. Time to relax, catch up and create. I stopped to think about "what do I want to create this week for the Your Memories Here Design Team blog.
I wanted to do something different, using some fun crafty supplies with a nautical theme. So I pulled out my Nantucket chipboard set from Pink Paislee and decided to create a tag. I wanted to do a collage with a theme as well. When I saw the "make waves" sentiment, I knew what I wanted to do. You know, sometimes in life, we need to "make waves" in order to bring about change in our lives. So this tag represents encouragement to step our of our comfort zones occasionally, fight for something that is endearing to us and make it happen. Now to create this tag, I used some Faber-Castell gelatos in gold, silver, green and orange to create the background. I used a Prima hexagon/chicken wire stamp to add a "fish scale" type texture. Then distressed it with some Ranger walnut distress stain ink pad and marker on the chipboard pieces as well as the tag. The arrow is tinted with the Faber-Castell gelatos as well. It's a wood piece from the Nantucket wood shape collection.
I hope you feel encouraged too and I appreciate your visit today. Have a great weekend and a blessed week ahead!

Wishful Thinking
Hi everyone! Nancy here today to share with you a project I made using the beautiful Wishful Thinking papers from Prima Marketing. The Wishful Thinking papers are full of the most gorgeous colors perfect for all those special moments in your life...and in this case, perfect for my teen.
Of course, with the gorgeous blooms from my Your Memories Here Prima Flowers Grab Bag, I had plenty of gorgeous flowers to choose from to accompany my project.
A few of my favorite Prima Wood Icons were added for texture. I just love the feel these add to my projects and don't think I can scrap without them these days.
and of course i couldn't resist adding a few of the Wishful Thinking Metallic Gems.
All these projects are currently available in the Your Memories Here store. Be sure to check them out.
Hugs.

"US" Layout-Another One from Atlantic City, NJ with Heidi Bound
I am really been enjoying scrapbooking again. I tend to jump from one thing to another: scrapbooking, art journaling, card making (sometimes) and jewelry (less often). I have been continuing to combine "old stash" and new products. I guess one of my signatures is the mixture of patterned papers. I love how things work together from different collections and DECADES-some of these papers have been in my stash since I started scrapbooking in 1998. My other signature style? Yep, flowers! I can't get enough. I hot glue them everywhere! I love the flowers that Kristina offers at Your Memories Here-so excited to see what she offers from the new CHA release. Aren't you?!
