Hi everyone!
It's Karli- with a pretty simple Mother's Day card featuring the Limited Edition Mother's Day Cricut Cart.
Here's my card:
I used the beautiful Mimosa Papers from SEI. I cut "Mom" and the flower from the Mother's Day cart.
Here's a closer peek at the flower:
To create this flower, I cut it out 4 times at 3", cut 1 petal from each flower, sprayed it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist for a subtle shimmer, and layered them on top of each other. All the goodies for this card can be found at the YMH store (on sale! :)
Thanks so much for peeking & hope your day blooms with goodness!

Sei Mimosa Papers. The stripped paper in the background and the pink paper on the owl and branch is from this collection. This paper is double sided and can be use for many of your wonderful projects. On the owl and branch I used my Cuttlebug embossing folder in Swiss Dots.
Using the embossing folders adds a fun look and makes your die cuts pop. I also added an adorabale little flower to her ear to make her more girlie. The flower is Prima and comes from the Sweet and Sassy Clueless collection. I hope you enjoy this weeks card ladies. To find these and other great supplies head on over to http://www.yourmemorieshere.com and start shopping.

Butterflies
Hi everyone! Today is my last day to post on the Your Memories Here DT blog as the Guest Designer for April. It has been so much fun and I love the products so much that I'm sad it has to end! Thank you Kristina and the YMH DT for having me this month!
Well, I was so in love with the butterflies I cut out from the SEI Mimosa Pack that I used on my card last week, that I decided I better make a layout as well! Again, it pairs beautifully with the Sweet & Sassy Primas and the Island Blossom dew drops, so it was super easy to layer everything on to make a really quick and simple page!
The paper is gorgeous enough on its own so I love the style and look that it gives my page! I also love how well each side coordinates with the reverse so you really get a great look even with just one sheet!
Your Memories Here has lots of great paper packs so make sure you check them out!

Little Prince
Good morning! I found some other baby pictures of my son to scrap:) So nice to re-visit his baby years as we just celebrated his 4th birthday! I used another cutie Snag 'em Stamp that you can get at the shop for just $0.75! I added some extra depth to him by coloring him a bit with Copics and gave him a little glittery belly. I also used some bitty Prima flowers and some silver Dew Drops. My Cricut cut my title using Lyrical Letters and the journaling mat is from Storybook. I hope you are having a great day and thanks so much for dropping by!

How to Make a Daffodil
Spring has inspired me to re-create some of my favorite flowers. My daffodiles are done blooming and have begun to wither :( So I wanted to make some that will last forever and are archival safe :)
I made this video on how to make a daffodil using two Prima flowers. The video also includes an altered tin I made using Prima flowers, leaves and lace and the daffodil as well as sprayed some of the items with Glimmer Mist. As always, you can purchase these items at Your Memories Here
Your comments are always appreciated.
Edited to add : Leah on the YMH Design team makes those awesome crocheted butterflies and flowers. If you click her name on the right side bar it will link you to her blog.

Some News
Hello everyone! Hope your weekend is off to a lovely start. Yesterday morning the wonderful FedEx man delivered the shipment of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist!
With it being my hubby's day off yesterday, he had plans for us that didn't include me adding product to the store. So I stayed up late and got all of them listed before I crawled into bed last night. So they are now in store and ready for purchase.
Another exciting announcement is still to come... please check back later today!

Strawberry Picnic
I made this layout of my two girls sitting in their play house having a "picnic". They like to sit at their little picnic table and have snacks when the weather is nice.
For my layout I used Mimosa paper for the background. I love the gradient pink to light peach colors and the sparkle of the glitter (they look like little asterisks) The journaling block and strawberry were both cut on my Cricut. The lace trim across the bottom is Prima lace and it comes cream, but I just rubbed a pink ink pad across it to make it match my page's colors.
I have been wanting to play along at some of my favorite challenge blogs so this week I got to it and covered a bunch!
Sketchy Thursdays - the page layout
Practical Scrappers - ribbon, floss or fibers
Bitten By the Bug 2 - From My Kitchen ice cream tab cut
Scrappy Frog's - Pick 3 I chose : die cuts (strawberry), no coloring (the raw chipboard shapes) and lace (Prima lace)
Cricutters Anonymous - picnic theme

Crib Notes
Hi Everyone!
It's Thursday, so it's Karli- with another Cricut Project for ya. Today, I'm sharing a little crib filled with Thank You cards for some new Mommy friends of mine.
Here it is:
I embossed a piece of tissue paper so it would look like a baby blanket. For the crib bedding (Box) I used a sheet of SEI Bridgeport Cardstock.
I've created 8 cards and included 8 envelopes that are tucked inside.
Here are the cards:
The bottom of each card is embossed with one of the Cuttlebug Embossing Borders from the Just My Type Collection --->the buttons. (click on a pic to see a closer peek.) These adorable little critters are from the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge. I LUUUUUUUV this cart!!! They are just adorable! And the best part is that they are super easy to assemble because there are no little pieces. Yaaay! I think this is the best cart in the new release.
Here's the envelope:
Again you see I've used the CB Embossing border along the edge of the flap so that the card & envelope coordinate :)
All the deets to this project can be found on my blog. And don't forget, you can find all the products for this project at the YMH Store. If you'd like the Create a Critter Cart, be sure to email Kristina & let her know you'd like it.

Thank You So Much!
Hey everyone! It's my turn to post on the Your Memories Here DT blog as the Guest Designer for April! I can't even tell you how much I've felt the need to step up my game when I see the posts the DT does! Wow! Amazing projects!
I've shown a scrapbook page and a set of note cards so far, but I wanted to share a simple and fun card today. The shimmery paper is in the SEI Mimosa Pack, and I love how vibrant the color is! It pairs beautifully with the Sweet & Sassy Primas, and the Island Blossom dew drops like I've used here. This card has me thinking green and Spring, how about you?!

Measuring Up!
I personally don't scrap in cronological order, I just scrap the pictures and moments that speak to me at the time, so it was fun finally putting these pictures together from when my son was first home. He is now almost 4! I used a super cute bird Snag 'em Stamp that you can get for just $.75! I paper pieced him and embossed his belly with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. I also used some fun Primas, Pebbles ribbon and white Dew Drops. My title was cut with my Cricut using All Mixed Up. I hope you are having a great Monday, thanks so much for stopping by:)

Just Call Me Slacker
Good evening everyone. I apologize for getting this posted so late in the day, I'll admit I totally flaked on my post today. I've been out in the woods all weekend riding my new 4-wheeler. But I'm home now, a little bruised and very sore (yep, I flipped it) But it was all fun and I'm sure I'll wreck it again sometime this summer ;)
Being so unprepared for this post I have no project to share with you but I would like let every one know that Your Memories Here will soon be carrying Tattered Angel's products. The first shipment of glimmer mist is on it's way to the store!! I expect it to arrive this upcoming week, so keep a look out for it.

Perfectly Aged Wine Tag
Hi everyone!
It's Karli, with a simple but sweet little wine tag for ya today!
Here it is:
Here's a closer peek at the tag:
I made the tag with the Preserves Cartridge cut at 4". I cut the grapes from the same cartridge & added Grapes & Leaves Dew Drops to create 3D grapes. I'm so tickled with how that looks :) I also used one of the CB Embossing Borders from the Pop Culture Collection to emboss the background. It gave it a basket weave kind of look that I will be recreating for another project- love that! I stamped the sentiment directly on the Pebbles Inc Ribbon (lavender) & added a bit more of that FAB Pebbles Inc Ribbon to the top hole. I tied a piece of twine to attach it to the bottle. So Easy!
The Dew Drops & Pebbles Inc Ribbon is on sale at YMH Store---> Here! Remember you can Special Order Cricut carts by emailing Kristina.

Since handmade flowers are so popluar right now, I thought I would show some for my project this week. The bottom 2 flowers were made with old dictionary pages. I used my Cricut to cut the circles out in different sizes. The bottom being the largest and top being the smallest. Both the bottom 2 flowers were inked and sprayed with silver shimmerez. The top 2 flowers were made with the Sei Mimosa paper collection. The third flower is a fan flower with a lolipop flower on top. The Mimosa paper was a perfect choice for this flower as it already has lot of shine to the paper. In the middle of that flower I used a dew drop fromt the Flame Dew Drop collection.
The top flower was also made using the Mimosa paper from Sei. I used toole between the layers and a feather behind for added intrest. All this great paper and more great items for your scrapbooking needs can be found at http://www.yourmemorieshere.com/ .

Spring Note Cards!
Hey everyone! Today is my second post as the April Guest Designer for Your Memories Here! Are you loving all the cute projects that went up on the YMH blog last week?! I know I sure am, and I'm constantly amazed and inspired by all the talented crafters out there!
Last week I shared a fun layout, and this week I have a cute set of note cards!
I used this adorable Imaginisce Tree Snag 'em Stamp from the YMH Store. Right now this cute little stamp is only 75 cents!! Several of the clear single stamps are on sale, which makes it great to add a few to your collection without breaking the bank!
Each tree was stamped with a small sentiment below it to anchor and ground the tree base. These little mini cards are a great way to give a gift of appreciation, and to show off smaller images like this one. It really brings the focus onto the tree, and is super quick to stamp a bunch up in pretty colors!

This May Make You Thirsty
Well, at least the colors made me want something fruity and tropical to drink.
I made this card for the Paper Craft Mania color challenge. We were challenged to use the colors green, orange and brown. Easy peasy with the SEI Mimosa paper. The beautiful citrus colors of that paper did make it a little hard to choose which one to use :) I love the pearl shimmer this one has. I also used the Prima Sweet and Sassy all about me flowers. I think the colors of those flowers compliment the Mimosa papers perfectly (click on those words to see all the colors in the assortment) I stamped my sentiment with brown ink to take care of the "brown" requirement of the color challenge.
I thought I'd share another card made with the same SEI paper (only the reverse side)
The challenge this month at Lily-Boo too challenge blog is to make a spring card with the colors yellow, light green and a blossom.
For my card I used one of the Lily-Boo's Boutique Mother's day digi stamp images because it reminds me of being outside enjoying the nice weather (even if you have house work to do).
For the card base I used SEI Mimosa paper chartruse dots and for my blossom I used two Prima flowers layered and a little yellow rhinestone center. Pop on over to my blog to check out all the rest of the details.
But before you go I'd like to remind every one that we are looking for next month's guest designer. If you'd like to share what you can create with the FREE products I give you then send me an email(my email address is at the bottom of the page) with a link to your blog so the DT and I can take a peek at your work.

Emma in the Wild Layout
Hello everyone!! Hope you are having a fabulous Friday!
Samantha here, bringing you another layout made for Emma's puppy album. She has so much fun in the back yard and this paper is just so perfect against the green in the photos. The paper is from the SEI Mimosa collection. This paper is double sided and the other side has gloss on it to make it shimmer! This side is plain, but the polka dots have a distressed look to them. I just LOVE LOVE this paper.
Don't you just LOVE those polka dots?! They are divine!
Under the photos, I used some of the Prima Lace Ribbon in cream. The ribbon added a beautiful feminine touch to my layout. After all, Emma is a little girl :)

Monogram Cardfolio
Hi everyone!
It's Karli with a simple but classy little project for you today. I made this cardfolio for my hubby. Sometimes he asks me to make him a thank you card for someone so I decided I would make him a personalized cardfolio.
Here it is:
I used one of my fav papers -Windsor by SEI. I just LOVE SEI and this collection is just gorgeous---> flocked & foiled; perfect for masculine cards & projects. I cut his initial with the Tie the Knot Cricut Cart. It's become one of my fav's! Look at that "D"! Isn't it gorgeous???
Here's a peek at the inside:
Inside there are 2 pockets (enveloboxes). 1 for cards & 1 for envelopes. In the middle I added an area for a pen. Because the paper is double-sided, it is finished on the inside as well. I made matching monogram cards that he can use for any occasion.
I used one of the Cuttlebug Embossing Borders from the Pop Culture collection down the center of the card & on the envelope flap to coordinate. Luv that custom look! Then I simply adhered the monogram to the card. So easy!
You can find all the deets to this project on my blog & you can find my fav SEI Windsor papers, Cricut goodies, and the Cuttlebug Embossing Borders at YMH Store ---> HERE. (Did I mention the SEI papers are on sale? Yay!!!) Don't forget, you can custom order the Tie the Knot cart with Kristina. Just shoot her an email & let her know you'd like it :)
Thanks for peeking!
